No, this is not a review of the Exorcist movie but rather, a description of myself this November.

I am out of control. I haven't been "PAT" for the past two weeks. I'm not liking it but I can't help it.

I'm hurt and angry; easily offended and unmindful of other people.

I am not focused.

Am only motivated by one thing.

And it's driving me crazy.

I want to stop but I can't seem to.

I wanna scream but my voice is muffled.

I wanna cry but my ducts are dry.

Let me return to how I used to be.

Soon, before I am ruined.
