a different birthday
2005 has been a truly exciting and "dangerous" year for me. I have two stalkers, both of which were my former relationship partners. Twice this year, my bag and belongings had been snatched from me.
But still I "live," especially since God has also bestowed immense blessings on me:
1. a challenging and extremely rewarding job
2. more bonding sessions/night outs with friends (HS, College, and IMB friends)
3. new friends at work (very helpful also)
4. a very nice boss
5. a loving and supportive family
6. making a difference in other people's lives
7. courage
8. Papa going to Qatar (I am very sad about this and I'm already missing him but I know this is beneficial for my younger siblings, for their continuing education)
Most of all October 8, 2005 has proved to be a deviation from my usual birthdays, a happy one at that. I spent my 23rd natal day in DAVAO for the Kapuso Fans Day! It was my first time in Mindanao and getting there is one of my goals in life (ang babaw ba? hehe. nakapunta na rin ako Aldevinco, kahit 30 mins. lang). I was able to treat my family dinner, in a slightly expensive restaurant, while receiving the same treatment from Mommy & Daddy, Don Hen & a humongous dessert at the Peninsula Manila (the Pen pal!).
Now, I am looking forward to our Disney Princess Party at McDonalds (with Angel)!
